Our sex lives play key roles in our well being as human beings. It is believed that erection-related problems occur in about 10% of all males at some point in their lives. But when should you seek advice and what can you do at home if you experience any kind of difficulties in having an erection?

3rd Stage Erection: Blood vessels that supply the penis relax allowing an increased volume of blood to flow into the tissues that become erect.

4th Stage Erection: Orgasm and Resolution

Anything that affects these stages or the balance between them can cause erectile dysfunction. If the doctor cannot find anything wrong with you, then he or she will probably suggest erection therapy. But what happens if you can have an erection all right, but it’s a small erection? A small erection is considered to be less than 3 inches.

If your flaccid penis is extremely small to start with, maybe you should consider a penis enlargement device that will help you gain in both length and girth. A small penis is an inch or less in length when flaccid. If you don’t think penis extenders are the right thing for you, but you would like to improve the size of your erection, then maybe you should participate in an exercise program to help you improve the general condition of your penis.

Although a small erection may not affect your sex life that much, you should still be concerned about satisfying your partner while having a small penis. To my mind, exercises remain the safest and most effective option you have.
